Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of
purchase with a 20% restocking charge if the product is still in NEW
condition and all promotional material is returned in NEW condition. Just
click on:
Resubmit customer credit card information for
a Return
and enter the information requested. You
will receive an automatic email reply indicating an order for a return. The restocking fee
order will read a charge of $.01 and cannot be changed, but when we receive your
return and it is approved as NEW, your credit card will be
credited for 80% of the original product purchase price. This will result
in a 20% restocking fee. The credit will occur only if you have followed these
instructions and returned the Lasergrip and we examine the returned Lasergrip
and we determine it is NEW, If you paid by PayPal we will send
your credit via Pay Pal.
We will send you an additional email which will
have the RMA number, the return address and return instructions. Include a copy of the RMA approval email you receive from us in your return
packaging. Write the RMA number on the outside of the packaging.
The product and all the contents in the product box must be in NEW CONDITION. This
means that if there is any damage to the product, regardless of how slight, then we will
not accept the return because it is no longer a new product and we would have to
sell it at a reduced price as a used product. We will examine the product
when we receive it and we will make the final determination as to it's
condition.
No returns will be accepted without an RMA
number.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase with a $10 charge for re-shipping
if the product is still in NEW condition and all promotional material is
returned in NEW condition.

Shipping and Handling fee will read a charge of $.01 and cannot be changed, but
your credit card will be credited or charged for the difference between the
original returned product purchase price and the new product, plus $10 Shipping
and Handling fee. The credit/charge will occur only if you have followed
these instructions and returned the Lasergrip and we examine the returned
Lasergrip and we determine it is NEW. If you paid by PayPal we
will use Pay Pal to handle the credit/charge.
